Holiday Closure Policy
At Silverfox Homecare Services, we recognize the importance of allowing our staff and caregivers time to observe national holidays with their families and loved ones. As such, the agency will be officially closed on the following holidays, unless special arrangements are made in advance:
· New Year’s Day (January 1st)
· Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
· Juneteenth National Independence Day (June 19th)
· Independence Day (July 4th)
· Labor Day (First Monday in September)
· Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)
· Christmas Day (December 25th)
If client services are required on any of these dates, arrangements must be made no later than one week prior to the holiday and will be accommodated based on staff availability.
